How to remove and readd prime video

Recently I purchased amazon prime video for my tv. I was really enjoying prime videos on my smart tv and my mobile devices. One day due to renovation we deviced to move upstairs. So I tried login into my prime video account. It was saying device limit reached, so I visited amazon.com/mytv and removed my devices from there. Then again I visited amazon.com/mytv register my device. After entering the code and activating my device the issue was resolved.
