How to allow chrome to access the network?

To allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings on window 10 following a few simple steps...

Click the Windows Orb
Select Control Panel.
Click System and Security or Windows Firewall.
Click Allow a program through Windows Firewall to open the Allow programs to communicate through Windows Firewall screen.
Click to checkmark the box for the program you want.
