Epson ink cartridge issue

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
Epson XP-970 (XP970) T3661 waste refill tank bypass or chip resetter.
The newer model of the XP950-960 etc.is the xp-970. I'm looking to bypass or reset the the ink waste reservior
chip. Will the a cartridge chip resetter work on the waste tank?
Also as the xp970 is the newest version I seem to only find items for the 950-960. I found this post on how to reset epson ink cartridge, after following the steps in this post the issue was resovled.
